At Yours & Tine, every piece is made with care and intention. Because of the handcrafted and personal nature of the vintage silverware creations, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges.
I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece I create. However, if you experience an issue with your order — such as a defect beyond the expected vintage appearance, damage during shipping, or an error on our part — please reach out to me within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@yoursandtine.com. I will do my best to make it right.
Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are created specifically for you.
