Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces may require additional time — estimated timelines will be noted on the product page or communicated at the time of order.

Shipping I ship within the United States only. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

Delivery Times

• USPS First Class Mail: 3–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, especially during peak seasons.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact Jenny within 7 days at hello@yoursandtine.com with your order number and photos of any damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue.
